Cases: Standard Extract Table

Review key data concerning the patient’s case including primary and secondary payers, referral sources, and the assigned therapist. This data is pulled from the WebPT EMR.

record_id	Integer	Unique ID for the record
patient_id	Integer	Reference to the patient file for the patient_id field
case_id	Integer	ID to reference other data in other files with the case_id
case_name	String	Name of the case
case_open_date	Date	Date the case was opened, this is based off the IE date
medicare	Boolean	Is the case a Medicare case on either primary or secondary insurance
primaryins	Integer	Reference to the patient insurance for the primary insurance on field patient_identity_id
secondaryins	Integer	Reference to the patient insurance for the secondary insurance on field patient_identity_id
primary_therapist	Integer	Reference to the therapist files on the therapist_id field
referring_doc	Integer	Reference to the physician file on the physician_id field
status	String	Status of the case A = Active, I = Inactive, D = discharged
case_closed_date	Date	Date of the discharge of the case
clinic_id	Integer	Reference to the clinic file on the clinic_id field
modified_date	Date	Date the case was changed
export_flag	Integer	Export flag 1 = New, 2 = Modified, 3 = Removed
instypeid	Integer	Reference the patient_insurance file on insurance_type_id field
return_to_dr	Date	Date the patient is expected to return to the physician
secondary_physician_id	Integer	ID of the secondary physician
tertiary_physician_id	Integer	ID of the tertiary physician
contact_first_name	String	First Name of the marketing contact
contact_last_name	String	Last name of the marketing contact
case_creation_date	Date	Date the case was created
referral_date	Date	Date of referral
primary_treatment_clinic	string	Primary Treatment Clinic
