The Patient data table contains patient demographic and guarantor information pulled from the WebPT EMR.

gender	String	Gender of the Patient currently M = Male and F = Female

modified_date	Date	Lst date the patient record changed
export_flag	Integer	Export flag 1 = New, 2 = Modified, 3 = Removed
patient_status	String	Status for the Patient, A = Active, I = Inactive, D = Discharge
home_phone	String	Phone number identified as home
mobile_phone	String	Phone number identified as mobile
work_phone	String	Phone number identified as work
email_address	String	Email address for the patient
guarantor_first_name	String	Guarantor First name
