Prescription: Standard Extract Table
This table contains key information about patient prescriptions as entered in the WebPT EMR.

| Record_id | Integer | Unique ID for the record in the Physician Table |
| Prescription_id | Integer | Unique ID for the Prescription |
| patient_id | Integer | Unique ID for the patient and ties to the patient_id in the patient file |
| case_id | Integer | Unique ID for the case and ties to the case_id in the case file |
| external_document_id | Integer | Unique ID to the internal edoc scanned image of the prescription |
| status | String | Status of the prescription could be A for Active and I for Inactive |
| start_date | Date | Start date of the prescription |
| end_date | Date | End date of the prescription |
| number_of_visits | Integer | Number of visits from the prescription |
| frequency | String | Recommended frequency of the prescription |
| duration | String | Length of time on the prescription |
| export_flag | Integer | Export flag 1 = New, 2 = Modified, 3 = Removed |
