Transactions (Patient Payments): Standard Extract Table
The transactions table includes information about the patient payments collected in the WebPT EMR.

| record_id | Integer | Unique ID for the patient payment transaction |
| otc_id | Integer | Record for the patient payment |
| case_id | Integer | Reference to the cases file for the case_id field |
| visit_date | Date | Date of the Visit |
| payment_date | Date | Date of the Payment |
| dollar_amount_paid | Numeric(8,2) | Amount to be paid |
| patient_id | Integer | Reference to the patient file for the patient_id field |
| description | String | Comments about the payment |
| clinic_id | Integer | Reference to the clinic file on the clinic_id field |
| txn_paid | Integer | Indicator if the txn was paid 0 = Unpaid, 1 = Paid |
| txn_status | String | Status for the transaction |
| txn_txntypeid | Integer | ID for the payment type (This can be ignored) |
| modified_date | Date | Date the patient payment was modified |
| export_flag | Integer | Export flag 1 = New, 2 = Modified, 3 = Removed |
