Visits (Notes): Standard Extract Table
The Visits table contains information about notes completed in the WebPT EMR. Valuable data points including visit type, primary insurance type, and date.

| doc_id | Integer | ID associated to the PDF copy of the note |
| case_id | Integer | Reference to the cases file for the case_id field |
| patient_id | Integer | Reference to the patient file for the patient_id field |
| visit_date | Date | Date of the Visit |
| treating_pt | Integer | Reference to the therapist files on the therapist_id field for the treating therapist |
| supervising_pt | Integer | Reference to the therapist files on the therapist_id field for the signing therapist |
| visit_type | String | Type of Visit |
| apttype | String | 2 character abrevation for the visit type |
| includedailynote | Integer | Flag to create a daily note to bill |
| includedailynoteid | Integer | Reference to the visit_id of the daily note to bill |
| date_finalized | Date | Date the note was finalized |
| primaryinstypeid | Integer | Type of primary insurance |
| secondaryinstypeid | Integer | Type of secondary insurance |
| clinic_id | Integer | Reference to the clinic file on the clinic_id field |
| note_type | Integer | Internal ID for the note type (This can be ignored) |
| status | String | Status for the note |
| modified_date | Date | Date the note was last modified |
| export_flag | Integer | Export flag 1 = New, 2 = Modified, 3 = Removed |
